This site has no duty care or care about gambling issues or responsible gambling I have contacted them a min 5 time a day for bonus that I'm unhappy and I request manager constantly live chat also emails . Also I have emails on 26th 27th september calling them con artist the site sh×t etc going mental twice they ignore it when they should act on it and I gambled well over my means all they want is the money with the amount request and the way talk to them saying u took all my money and the amounts all the time. They not once asked if I'm ok where money come from banned me from even talking in that manor to them. I make a complaint all they say in about 24 hours is that we see no red flags that u were having issues . Seriously look at emails look at chats and look at live dealer chats where been banned 3 times and been told they reported me to the casino . They have no care at all and because this the worse I got playing more and more borrowed money .
Sorry can u not even help.the fact that no source income was done either when I put in 2600 in one day 3000 in one day and so on in space of 7 weeks that there not complying by the gambling commision . I have seen a few people won cases now where the company has not asked for this with high amounts deposited etc and to not even being asked if I'm in control when I deposited 3 grand in first 5 days

Yes the license status of this operator has changed over the last few months. However this does not make any difference to our response.
The UKGC reserve management of this type of complaint issue to their own team. All we could do is suggest you contact the regulator.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. 22Bet do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
