Player's Complaint

I have given my Driving Licence, Bank card, Bank statement and letter from my council as, verification but the casino want to see proof of old cards and transactions from 2017, that I deposited with. I only have access to the account I'm using now but don't online bank.I don't have the older info therefore unable to withdraw, despite being able to fully verify myself.

Whether or not you use online banking should not make any difference here. Your bank will have these records and should be able to provide them to you on request and production of ID. All you need to do is go into your local branch.
