It's been a week since I sent my sensitive documents to allbritishcasino.com they have given me no time frame for the completion of this and blame it on covid???? Now it's been a week and they still keep sending me the same templated bs email with no update. I want my winnings. There are multiple problems with this casino from crashing games from internal servers errors every 10mins, once you have made you first withdrawl (no matter how much) you will no longer be able to withdraw from you account as its pending you cannot cancel or amend, so I won a further 2k but couldn't collect?? Shady site want answers and my money
