Read our AllBritish Casino Review.
They offered me some complimentary spins which I did and after doing the full wager came out £12 up. I went to withdraw but I had to withdraw £20 or more so I deposited 10 and withdrew 22.
The next day I received an email saying they have voided my winnings and I can't even remove my own £10 without wagering once ( so if I won £5 I would have to add money again to withdraw but then have to wager that to?) They have been so unhelpful and they will not give me my money back.
Cheers

Hi Dannytruelove - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
I've edited some of the accusations you made in your complaint out as they are non-helpful to trying to resolve the issue and we do clearly state that you shouldn't use the type of language you've used when submitting a complaint.
Before I can go any further with your issue I need to know a couple of things.
Firstly I need your username and the email address you use at AllBritish casino.
Secondly I need to understand why your winnings were voided. My suspicion would be that you exceeded the maximum allowed bet while completing the wagering requirement.
Finally, most casinos carry a 1x turn over on any deposits made as both an anti-fraud prevention method and to ensure they recoup some of the fees that they have to pay for the deposit/withdrawal transactions. I may be able to get that waived in this instance, but I can't guarantee it.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
