Hello, this one has a good trustworthiness on your website but when I played I had many problems.
Right now I was able to win and finish all the wagering which was very long but I couldn't ask a payout because the casino said I have to verify my account.
They asked for picture ID and my proof of address to verify. I sent that and the they said they wanted a selfie picture of me with my passport. I sent them that too and they said they would update my account so that it was verified and I could ask the payout. Then they didn't update anything. I had to email many times and they said they wanted notarized proof of address. I went to the notary and did that too. Still, they don't verify my account so I can withdraw. I emailed again asking the problem and no response for 3 days even though they say they will get back in 1 business day. Actually, they are always very slow to answer.
Hi, sorry I just saw this now today. Here is the info for you... [EDIT]
Hello, did they answer you yet? I guess the holidays make things slower... just checking.
I've not had any response from Casino Midas so far and if I'm honest I'm not particularly optomistic about receiving one. However, given the time of year, if they're going to respond I wouldn't anticipate receiving a response until the first, or more likely, second week of January.
I have had a response from Casino Midas and they've highlighted (though not provide supporting evidence) that several aspects of your activities with them are highly suspect. If this were true I would be supporting the confiscation of funds.
As things stand, Casino Midas have not provided supporting evidence. At this stage they've become unresponsive to my request for evidence. This is due to them wanting changes made to their reviews - specifically they have problems with the highlighted association with the Mansion casino group - that I'm not prepared to make. I don't expect to receive anything further from them, but I'm going to give them until the 23rd of January to offer a response before closing this complaint.
What was fraudulent? I used my wallet to deposit so there is no credit card anything. I followed all their terms. In fact as I said before they changed the terms on me before and then took my balance, then added it back after I claimed with increased wagering and I finishe dall of that too.
Sorry, I clicked submit by accident..
How are they saying I played fraudulently? I deposited my money, received bonus and then won while following all of their rules.
This is total nonsense.
So if I win at a casino and they say something is "suspect" then it means I lose my win? I sent them all the documents they asked including my notarized documents and picture of myself.
How can risking my own money, following all their rules, and winning be suspect? Is it because I do not play like a total idiot and play good games rather than their horrible slots?
As you'll know from reviewing other complaints on this site, I cannot and will not discuss the details of fraud investigations. All this would serve to do is educate people engaged in these practice how not to get caught in future.
As it stands I can say that the discussed issues with establishing the ownership of your account goes far beyond smart playing patterns and if they were to provide evidence to support their claims I would unquestionably rule in favour of the casino.
Well, whatever they are saying is nonsense.
I didnt use a credit card and all I did is play games like roulette. If their games are broken then thats not my fault.
I can assure you this is nothing to do with the performance of their games, but with association with other accounts, which if true would at best be a clear breach of terms and conditions and at worst fraud.

Hi madera333 - welcome to ThePOGG.com! Firstly I have to offer my apologies. Casino Midas should not hold a good Trustworthiness rating here. As I detailed in this post - hxxp://www.gpwa.org/forum/antihacker-219474/p3.html#post769773 - at GPWA, their association with the Mansion group should have lead to their status being moved to 'Not Recommended'. The changes were made the day after that post, unfortunately due to a technical glitch that I'm still investigating the changes were held in 'Pending' status rather than published. Given that I've only had one player sign-up to this group and that was in August this change of status would not have affected what they saw at the time they signed up. Before I can do anything to assist you I need you to provide the username and email address you use at Casino Midas. Once I have them I'll contact the casino. Thanks, ThePOGG
