Found for the Player - Casoo Casino continued to accept deposits from this player after being informed of their gambling addiction. And continued after we contacted them about this complaint.
Casoo Casino have been added to our Blacklist due to this incident.

I started to play at Casoo, and did see after a while that they don’t have swedish play liecense so they sholdn’t let me play. This was two weeks ago, still no reply. Since I suffer from gambling problems I contacted them again saying that: You shouldn’t let me play here and I have gambling problems I can’t stop myself.... still no reply.
So I want a refound of all my deposits, if not: at least I want the deposits that was made after my first E-mail witch is 800 euro.
Yes I told them that I have gambling problems.

No I don’t. I did write in the chat.
They stil haven’t blocked me. Yesterday I played fof 2100 euro there :( please help me get them back too. They should have closed my account

At november, day 27, I made over 2100euro in deposits. Casoo can keep the 800euro. I Just want the 2100euro back, please I really suffer from gambling problems and the casinos need to block me right away when I tell them that "I have gambling problems, I can't control myself" and still they don't block me
Please. Help me get back the money that I have right to.

But...as I did write I did deposit 2100 euro 27 november, and that's after I did write/open this complain (14 november)... should't these desposits altleast count? :/

We have been discussing a number of complaints with Casoo Casino and unfortunately - as we cannot agree with some of the practices that they have engaged - the operator has decided to disengage with conversation about any complaints posted at this service.

As explained in our FAQs we do not contest losses based on lack of license alone. It is the responsibility of your governmental regulator to enforce this restriction. If your government cannot enforce their own laws there is zero chance that we can.
Did you explicitly tell the operator you were experiencing gambling addiction issues?
