I am suffering from a long-term gambling addiction. I wrote to this casino plenty of emails to block me but they ignore my gambling problem. I want a refund of my deposits due to my gambling problem.

Regarding the communications with this operato, I can send you all communications and of course I have told them about my problem. I have never seen such an operator and the answers I got are sometimes very poor.

Never seen an operator like this one who cleary says in its email that they don't care about my problem.

I will forward you all emails as proof of my details of my Compliant.

Simply zero responsible gaming. Curacao license or not, this is very poor behavior by Casoo.

I have now sent you about 7 E-Mails. As you can see from all the emails, Casoo has absolutly no interest in helping me. They have created a ticket no. regarding my issue but have never react on it and blocked my account.

the funny thing is also this one: If you want to set up limits ( you can only set up limits and not self exclude yourself) you will be directed to a totally different website(advertising site or something like this)....

Never seen such a Casino like this one.

We have been discussing a number of complaints with Casoo Casino and unfortunately - as we cannot agree with some of the practices that they have engaged - the operator has decided to disengage with conversation about any complaints posted at this service.
