I have had a withdrawal of $900 pending since 26th July 2019. Despite meeting all requirements the continually tell me that it has been escalated. I’m sure you’ve heard this all before but I’m just lost at what has gone on here. Over 100 live support chats and emails but still no money. Please help if you can. Best regards [EDIT]

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
