Player's Complaint
I made a Bitcoin deposit on 12/10/19 and its been a week and I have not received my money. I spoke to several customer service employees who gave me several different answers but have yet to resolve the issue. I have a copy from Blockchain showing the transaction as completed. It is so frustrating that I cannot get my money.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 3rd of January let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
