Player's Complaint
made a deposit of € 100 on January 10th.
I used "Rapid transfer" as a payment method. This method is comparable to Trustly.
.I received a bonus of € 100.
In the end, I wanted to withdraw € 3,300.
I was refused this payment because I violated the 7th bonus condition. I would have deposited with Skrill and therefore had no claim to a bonus.
I didn't deposit with Skrill.
1. I have paid with Rapid Transfer, which debits the money directly from my bank account.
2. The bonus terms do not say that Rapid Transfer may not be used
3. Why did I get a bonus at all if this is not allowed at all?
4. Why is a reputable casino not kullant with such a small payout?
I can send u some screenshots if u need. Also the Live chat said, that it is allowed to claim a Bonus, paying with rapid transfer. So the problem maybe is, that rapid transfer is a service "powerd by Skril". but u dont need a Skrillaccount for using this payment method. And nowhere stands, thats its not allowed to use rapid transfer, and also on the webiste is no note, that rapid transfer is powerd by skrill.

The above does not define 'Skrill account', simply Skrill. As such it would include the Rapid Transfer payment method.
That being the case, if you have received a bonus via a Rapid Transfer deposit you were not entitled to it and the operator are within their rights to void the bonus and reset both parties to starting conditions.
