Player's Complaint

Several wins total $320 they keep saying its in review yet there website promises 3 to 4 days to get an etransfer it's been 2 weeks I still don't have my money. My trust in them is gone there crooks and I want my money. I clicked on send me transcripts of the chats I've received nothing so this also tells me a lot about the company. They should have a negative rating not just 1 through 10

Yes I have and they verified all documents and sent an email saying so. One of the chats there representative said it would be another 24 to 48 hours it's been days after that as well. They also keep saying the withdrawal is in review every single chat on there website it says etransfers take 3 to 4 days it's been 2 weeks if they want to loose customers this is a good way of doing so.

Thank You for looking into this I hope you can find out what's going on. They won't pass the chat to a manager and won't give me a contact phone number or address.

There customer service is horrible the chats seem scripted like they say the same thing all the time and I still don't have my money.

September 1st was when I received a confirmation that my documents have been approved.

Etransfer only needs my email address of which they have and the funds would go directly into my account because I have auto deposit.

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we could suggest is contacting the operator’s ADR, eCOGRA.
