Spin Palace - Account was closed without reasoning


Found for the Player - Spin Palace Casino have once again failed to offer any response to this player's complaint. As such we have no choice but to rule in favour of the player.

Player's Complaint

I went to log into my spin palace account two days ago and my username and password wasn’t working. I knew that was strange since my information is auto filled. So I did the typical “forgot password” option and yet never received an email. I tried “forgot username” and still no email. So today I used chat support twice. The first support agent told me that my account was closed as per managements discretion and then closed the chat. So I went back on chat and this agent was worse. They told me that my account was closed as per management discretion and refused to give me a reason why. I asked how I could speak to management to get a reason and they informed me that they were the highest point of contact. Despite my efforts they kept ignoring me and repeating the same thing over and over. Being cruel. I used my spin palace account daily, I had just two days ago, played through my wagering requirements and had over $300 cash in my account. And no bonus balance remaining.

I have screenshots of the chat conversation I had with the spin palace support rep that I would like to upload also.

Hi tinybuddha,

After repeated attempts to raise this issue with Spin Palace Casino they offered no response what-so-ever.

At this stage I have no reasonable expectations of this situation changing in the near future.

All we can recommend you do at this stage is take your complaint to Spin Palace's regulators, either the Malta Gaming Authority or the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.
