Player's Complaint

I won 10,000 on September 17 went to withdrawal the money it was pending came back the next day to check and the money was missing and all they are telling me is theres no record of it and some are saying the money was spent I have a photo of the actual winnings before I did the withdrawal but no one can give me a full answer I've given them enough time to investigate the issue with no resovlement so I'm putting this complaint and seeking legal action I've already contacted a lawyer
