Resolved - Turbico Casino have informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for updates so we assume they are happy.

My account has been locked and I can't withdraw my funds. I contacted them multiple times and they refused to completed my withdraw request.
I haven't got any reason from them. The problem is I can't get contact with them. They don't respond any of my emails or chat messages on their website.
Please copy and paste the last communication you received from the operator.

I haven't saved any messages between me and them. But last time when i contacted them was probably 3-4 weeks ago. When I contact them via live chat and explain the situation they say that some kind of department contact with me by email but they never have send me that email. That is all what I have talk with them. They should have the correct email address.
The operator should contact you shortly to arrange for a manual withdrawal. We would appreciate it if you could confirm when this happens.
Have you received your withdrawal?
If we haven't heard from you by Friday the 8th of October I'll assume you no longer need our assistance and close this complaint.
