Hello I deposited at 14 red and wagered then made a withdrawal. I was sent an email on the 20th of April stating my documents had been verified and accepted and now heard nothing. I have emailed several times to no avail and have been on chat everyday and just been told they don’t know or to wait. I have screenshots of all the chats the withdrawal and the emails.
I have emailed support again and had no answer and asked on chat yet again and have just been told to email support. I explained no one is answering my emails yet they just said to email.
I have now submitted a complaint to Curacao egaming about 14 red and others under the alpha gaming group.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we've received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture I have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. 14Red do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Secondly, the group you have chosen to play with are both negatively listed here and inconsistent in their approach to managing complaints submitted to this service. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf at the appropriate junctures, the chances of a successful mediation are low.
