Ruling
Found for the Casino - 1Bet have responded to this issue - late - but have provided sufficient evidence to demonstrate that this player account is unnaturally associated with other accounts.

Player's Complaint
Hello,
My username is [EDIT] and I created 1 account to 1bet. I have deposited 85 euros in total. They initially processed 1 withdrawal of 250 euros which i got into my neteller. Then with my remaining balance i ve placed a lot of bets (more than 30) and i ve managed to make a balance of 900 so i requested for a new withdrawal. This time, the operator requested documents which i've provided. After 5 days of waiting they just sent me the following:
"Dear [EDIT],
We are reaching you to inform you that our Anti-Fraud Department detected that your account has been created in violation of our Duplicated accounts policy. It has matching details with another 1Bet account.
You may refer to the "Account and Personal Information" section in our Terms & Conditions:
"3.4. A Customer may open only one account on the Website and with the Company. Any additional accounts that are opened may be closed by the Company, withholding or declining all payments or in other cases, all such accounts may be treated as one joint account and merged together by the Company, in either case at the Company's sole and absolute discretion. The Customer agrees that the Company shall use any method it deems reasonable to determine if two or more accounts belong to the same Customer."
Here is a link for reference: 1bet.com/en/pages/terms-and-conditions/
In accordance with our policy, your account has been closed and the remainder of your deposit has been returned to your Neteller account."
I ve never created any other account on 1bet. I 've never took any bonus and i managed to place a looot of bets (lots of lost included).
[EDIT].
Thank you in advance,
