Hello! I am asking you for help in resolving my relationship with the 1xbet Casino.

The casino blocked my account, accusing me of violating the Rules - multi-account. But the Casino does not present any evidence of this. I have one account, which I am 100% sure of. And accusations without proof are contrary to the general rule of law.

I think the Casino is deliberately and unlawfully blocking my account, just not wanting to pay me my money.

I also want to note that my casino verification began back in July 2020. For half a year, I constantly sent them the requested documents in accordance with the requirements, however, new ones were constantly required. In particular, at the request of the Casino, I sent real letters to the specified address twice, sent copies of notarized documents, but still received a refusal. In my opinion, the Casino simply delayed my verification, because I have always met all the requirements of the Casino.

Considering the above, I ask for assistance in resolving this situation and I ask you to provide the opportunity to withdraw my funds in the amount of $ 1361.
