my account there is closed upon my request earlier this year.
Now i requested a statement with my deposits and withdrawals for my overview.
They declined it because they would never give such information and that would fit to their T&Cs.
After reading their T&Cs provided in german i cannot find anything what prohibit them to send me my own personal data concerning the transactions.
Is it correct, that i cannot request my data?
Other casinos did it without any problems.
after providing 1xSlots with your information above they suddenly forwarded my request to their management.
We will see if the issue will be solved in the next days.
