Player's Complaint

So I played on this casino called 21.com and rapidcasino. On the terms and conditions it says that u cant play the welcome bonus on 2 or more of their casinos and before i played on these casinos i misread the terms and conditions

So I got a withdrawal on both of these casinos 21com, 3003 euros and rapidcasino 1103 euros and now they have only returned my deposits back

Okay so what is the reason im not still getting the first casinos withdrawal if its against the rules to play on many of their casinos. And why isnt there some kind of restriction on getting the bonus on the other casino why does they still give the bonus if that is not allowed, shouldnt there be some kind of system that blocks u from the bonuses. Please help
