Player's Complaint

I have tried to self exclude myself on numerous occasions from astral casino, but they refuse each time saying I have to just not play from the 1st month - the end of the month! As I am addicted to gambling this just isn’t possible, could you please contact them and ask them to close my account, I doubt I’ll get my money back even if I have sent over 20 mails asking to be self excluded due to my addiction. Thank you in advance

Hi, the actual casino I’m trying to self exclude myself from is ASTRAL CASINO, I can’t find this casino in your list wish kind of explains why they are so bad. If you could help me I would appreciate this so much. Even after trying to self exclude on numerous occasions they have still let me depoist over 600€, I know the chances of getting this money back is slim, so I least hope you can get me self excluded idéomoteur this site. Hi Nice123, Sadly our dialogue with Astral casino has now petered out. The operator has closed your account based on dormancy, not due to your self-exclusion requests. When we have challenged them on why they failed to close your account based on the self-exclusion requests they became non-responsive. Sorry we could not be of further help. ThePOGG
