After being granted permission to share information, Bet-At provided us with a wealth of evidence that was gathered to support confiscation of winnings in this case. The evidence provided - in the opinion of myself and ThePOGG.com - demonstrated fraudulent identifiers that could not be sufficiently explained away by coincidence alone. While the evidence can't prove with 100% certainty fraudulent activity took place, it was more than sufficient for us to want no further part in discussion of this issue.
Due to non-disclosure agreements, we cannot discuss the details of said evidence.
This case is closed and Found for the Casino.

Hi nasvag0 - thanks for getting in contact.
I'll now get in contact with Bet-At and see what I can find out, however there is an issue I'd like to address before I do that;
I have edited your complaint to remove the accusations you've made. As stated clearly in the guidance for posting a complaint
"do not start a complaint by saying ‘casino X has stolen my money’ – this does not make for a constructive discussion"
These sorts of statements do not help with the mediation process and further occurrences will result in me closing this complaint. I understand you're frustrated, but making accusations only makes the situation more difficult to resolve.
