Player's Complaint
I'm registered on this casino for a while. In the beginnen i did some deposits with my bank card i use. Also did a withdrawel and got it transfered.
After a while i decided to do some slot gambling again. Finally of all the websites that Betamo is also one of i got a nice winning and wanted to pay out. The winning is in line with al my deposits but still nice to have money back. I wanted to do a withdrawel and give al the requested documents to Betamo.
As i did deposit with my other card thats on my own company they closed my account and confiscated my winnings.
With the card i did my deposit i always do my payments in private as it is a one man's business company and i own it so as well the casino payment. The reason they give me is Third Party payment but as i am the owner of the company and the card wich is registered on my name as a holder i do not agree with the 'third party payment' reason.
I got a lot of documents that proofs i'm the owner of the company and a Bank statement the card is registered on my name. The bank is now making a statement i bought for €75,00 to clarify al this.
If you ask me a third party payment should come from a bill wich it not mine but someone elses.
I hope you can help me out and get back my winnings. Betamo support is not helpfull in personal help and it looks like they dont read my documents a sended them
