The best hard Casino brand has restricted or cancelled my play at numerous casinos the latest one is Shadow bet where I've been a player for 5 years or more they won't reply to my email they say security has blocked the account with no information given no matter how many times I've requested it I've been I left the chat by that send email to separate Casino no replies ever come I can't tell you how frustrated this makes me because I've done is nothing wrong and I don't know how much money I've lost because I've made deposits where I've not finished playing and the next time I log in I'm restricted and I go to chat and they could tell me nothing security has blocked my account the entire bed hard group of casino's is involved

You've been amazing!! That's honestly all it took was getting you to request information. As I mentioned earlier I have tried for about 1yr to get a reply without success. But I was able to enter 1 of the Bethard brand sites from your intervention. Isn't it amazing how little effort was needed, yet I as a customer was not even acknowledged.
