Player's Complaint

Hi ThePOGG - being frustrated with BigBoy Affiliates I contacted [EDIT], CEO of Caddell. He got them to talk (I have ceased to get any responses from them) and apparently there was an 'accounting error' whereby my payment were being made 2 months in arrears, i.e. January paid 9 March instead of February. He copied me an e-mail from BigBoy who accepted this was wrong (remember my last post to you where they told me it was supposed to be this way, which we agreed was BS!). I was told I'd be paid OK this month and from then onwards it'd be normal.

Unfortunately this wasn't the case - I got £110 for Jaunuary last week, but I am owed £453 for February. BigBoy won't answer as usual, and [EDIT] isn't either, perhaps he's fed up with it! Now as you are aware, EGASS don't allow 2 invoices live at once, so as soon as January's £110 was paid last week, I submitted a follow-up invoice for £453 for February via the interface, which I was also copied to via my e-mail. Needless to say no sign of payment and I cannot get a response from anybody. According to [EDIT]'s forwarded e-mail (see below) this should have been squared-up this month and then going forward normal payments within 10 days of the previous month ending. It's even worse as it seems I will also earn more this month so the issue will continue into April.

I've tried all avenues here so perhaps it will take some intervention?

OK, finally this appears to be resolved - I received March's commission today (I received February's last week) so they have paid me twice this month and thus have brought things back into correct standing it appears. From now on it would seem I'll be paid correctly the following month rather than 2 months behind. It's a taken a long time and the lack of responses is frustrating hence my involving thePOGG, but thanks for the intervention on my behalf! [EDIT]
