I have recently encountered a confiscation of funds through Bobcasino.com

My account username is [EDIT]

I was playing the Thursday Bells bonus.

Just prior to reaching the bonus commitment, I started playing a game 'Juice Inc' from Playson.

I made a series of 80¢ (80 cent) bets. Only ever making 80 cent bets. No higher bet than 80 cents.

The following morning I receive notification that I allegedly breached the bonus policy.

When I received my playing records after disputing this, the records they sent clearly show bets that are impossible to make. These are the very bets the casino is alleging I made to violate their bonus policy.

Again, I never made a bet over 80¢ ,ever.

The dynamic of Juice Inc. is to make your desired bet.

There is a unique option on this game to hold your winnings to accumulate, if you desire, and collect when you wish, all while you run the risk of losing your winnings at anytime if you receive 3 x's during game play.

This feature is not an actual bet, as I am still required to make an actual bet for each and every spin (80 cents)

Never at anytime am I making a physical bet over 80¢ while on this game.

Collecting my winnings is not a technical bet from my understanding, which is exactly what this casino is claiming I have done.

The very 'bets' the casino claims I have made that breach the bonus conditions seem to be the very sums I took my winnings on.

I had never played this game before this. Or any game like this. There was no intent to violate the bonus policy as I am an avid daily player who diligently follows the rules.

I do not agree at all that there was a violation of the bonus policy from me and ask that you review this matter for determination.

The Casino has been non communicative and quite offensively arbitrary in their treatment during this matter.

I have my records obtained and screen shots of both the game and the bet period in question. Also to show the only bet options available which would show none of the 'bets' in question the casino alleges I made are impossible bet options.

Juice Inc offers a game format where after a win you are given the option to collect the winnings, or risk them so that the next win of that combination will pay more. If you choose to risk the winnings and receive XXX, you lose the banked winnings.

By not collecting your winning you are risking more, in exchange for the opportunity to receive a bigger win. This is exactly the same as placing a higher bet on any other game.
