Player's Complaint

I made a deposit utilizing the code power60 as advertised on the casino adrenaline promotions page. I reached out to support informing them that the boost was not added. I received a response stating this promotion is not valid yet as their website is not updated. I requested a free chip and was provided $10. I want the chip to be the equivalent of the advertised deposit boost which is 60 percent of the deposit. I deposited $43 so the equivalent would be a $25 chip and yet they think I’m supposed to be happy with a chip that is less than half of what is expected ?
