Player's Complaint

I have a gambling problem I am homeless unemployed and have no id or proof I of address or proof of income. I spent every day on dream Vegas for 1 month with around 12 hours a day play time. I expressed how I couldn’t go the 48 hours without reversing a withdrawal but they wouldn’t help on 5 occasions and so all withdrawals were reversed yet they didn’t ask for ID from me even once. I am no longer at the address as I am homeless and the money I spent was not mine to spend and now I am in danger which I have told them. They said 28days should there be a response then over a week later I asked for gameplay data and they said this pushed the original complaints 28 days back to that point. They knew I had a problem they watched me spend £14k in 30 days and took it all happily without ever holding proof of ID or address or income for a homeless unemployed man. I need the money back.

Sadly there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The UKGC reserves management of complaints of this nature to their own team. All we can suggest you do is contact them.

Alternatively if you wanted to consider legal action our understanding is that offers a no win no fee service that specialises in the remote gambling sector.
