I sent an etransfer for $74.00 they are saying it was rejected to contact interact, I have sent them proof that it was autodeposited and contacted both my bank and interact who both say the etransfer was completed. This was October 20th

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
