I have tried multiple times to communicate with this website as too my cash out and keep being lied to or made to do additional things to get my money. They won’t pay me out because after providing Id etc they have decided they want my bank statements which I have agreed with them wasn’t appropriate after I had junk through their many hoops already. I also believe they act illegally charging in deposits and withdrawls

They have closed my account now by themselves I have reached out to contact them but I never hear back. I told them I would be closing my account after it had been resolved not before. I have wasted many hours chasing them to no avail.

I’ve done everything requested of me. I keep being asked to be patient and my documents are being reviewed. Everything I get back is generic or just asks me to wait. As this account has been closed by them not myself I cannot view any updates without emailing them. I’m staggered that I’m still having to wait this long and I’ve told them that it is now affecting my mental health with all the chasing i have to do with nothing back from them.
