Hy, I have an account with hopa for a while now, and today I logged in normally, had over 1000€ in my account, and then a few hours later my account was suspended and I received this email:
We would like to inform you that your account has come to our attention due to discrepancies identified during our regular security checks.
As a result of the investigation conducted into this matter, we have taken the following action on Hopa account;
• All pending wins have been voided
• The account with [brand.name] permanently suspended
We must further advise you that the business relationship between us has ended, please refrain from opening any new accounts with us this also means using amended details or alias. Any new accounts located will also have the above action taken
You are their ADR so I am hopping you can help me with this. I contacted them on live chat that they can close my account if they want but that I want to receive the money i have in my account, as I did not use any bonuses, did nothing wrong and I was told that all my funds have been voided. Now they can void my pending bets, but they can not void my settled bets from a week ago that I placed with them normally, and steal all of my money. I also have an account with them with karamba and betiton, again I used no bonuses with any of them, I just used them normally for betting, and I received the same email from them as well. They are all owned by the same group, but nobody says that it is forbiden to open accounts with a few of them as they have over 50 sites. Now they have over 3300€ of my money on these 3 sites, and all I want is to receive the money I have with them back. I got no explanations of what I have supposedly done wrong, I used no bonuses ever, and I did nothing to cheat, I just placed bets from 10-25€ with them on the markets they are offering. I hope you can help me with this and warn other players what is happening here.

Now as I have said I logged in on monday morning normally, and I had 1020€ in my hopa account, around 1050€ in my karamba account and over 1200€ in my betiton account. Now that money is mine, it is still there and I do not understand how they can just try and steal it all and say there is no money in any of my accounts with them. I do not want anything from them, just to receive the money that is mine. they can void my pending bets, and can close my account if they wish, but they have to pay out the money I have with them as that is my money, it is not bonus money, not free bet money. It is mine, I deposited it and won it by placing normal bets with them, that they offered with the amounts they offered me. So I really do not see how this can be happening, with no explanations of what I did wrong and what they are accusing me of. thank you for your help
Hello, it has been 10 days and I still have not received any answers from any of the sites owned by the same group. Not Hopa, Karamba or Betiton. They are simply not responding while they are holding all of my money with no explanations, no evidence given to me of what I have done wrong. Please do something about this as they do not deserve to have an MGA licence, they should be blacklisted and players should be warned what is happening here and what can also happen to them. As this is not a fair site in any regards. thank you for your help

Our understanding is that your winnings will be paid out but that your account will remain closed and you will no longer we allowed to open any accounts on the Aspire Global license.

Hello, I would like to thank you for your help in this matter, you managed to force them to pay out the money that was on my account, and I received it yesterday. That was after a month since they closed my accounts and tried to steal my money. I still did not receive any explanation or apology, they just returned the money that was mine, after trying to steal if for a month. But anyway thank you very much for your help, and I hope this does not happen to other players as well. You can close all 3 complaints as I received the money from them all.
