i deposited £21 on the site won £53 so i withdrew i uploaded my i d my bank statement and my debit card . i am all verified , its 4 days now and they still refuse to process my winnings. they say they want to see closure of an old debit card i used on there sister site. i renewed my bank card and destroyed the old card . the banks do not offer a letter or evidence to show casinos . i have asked online banking and land banking . i have told the casino this . they just pass me from support to support live chat saying i have to wait 48 hours. they just fobbing me off over a lousy £53 its absolutely disgraceful what they doing.

they are requsting a document from the bank for a canceled debit card i miss placed . ive phoned the bank up 4 times now and they say they do not do this sort of thing sorry we cant help you . hopa have verified my account and seen my i d and bank statement they know exactly who i am. they just fobbing me off cause they do not want to pay my £53 winnings..

i signed up to the site with a new debit card and sent them a photo of it , i dont know for the life of me they want to see a debit card ive not used on the site . pure madness

Grant, as I contacted documents team, there is no way to process your withdrawal without the letter of confirmation from your bank that the card is not active anymore)

the card in question wasent even used on the site im withdrawing its a new debit card , they are breaking law 100 % doing this

i take it you cant make this company understand the meaning of paying a customer out lol , i understand ive tried for a week and got no more so they probly wont listen to you. i have smashed a 600 poind laptop because of there ignorence. law is on my side and yet i find myself feeling like im in the wrong. this is how disgusting online casinos are they make u feel bad. its not about the money its the principle i deposited and i won 53 pound and they must think 53 pound is alot of money. absolutely disgusting they are they make me feel sick inside.
