Hello, I have been waiting for a neteller withdrawal for 3 weeks, I have submitted all of the documents they requested 3 weeks ago, and they simply do not process my withdrawal. They keep on saying they will process it and they are doing security checks on my account, that has been going on for 3 weeks, while they do not pay out my winnings. Players should be warned about this. thank you for your help
