Player's Complaint

I tried to withdraw $5000 canadian from this site over one month ago and it hasn’t happened yet. I have emailed their account support and they keep telling me that there were delays in processing and that it will take another 5-7 business days but nothing has happened yet. I have withdrawn from this site before without problem.
