I received an email with a 50 bonus so i depositted 200 euro and gained 100 Bonus
I completed the wager on 4 euro stake and had an endbalance of 3000Euro
Next day my withdrawal was cancelled due to mistaken the max betting rule
Of course i read the terms before i started to play
I dont know english good so i read the german version of the terms
In the german agbs it says no more bets than 4Euro thats what i did but after contacting support several times they told me that in the english agbs it says no more and equal to 4euro
How should i know
Is it my fault when they arent able to write down the correct translation of the english version definetely not
