I made a withdrawal two days ago, the casino is giving me excuses that they have issues with Trustly withdrawals. However, they are accepting trustly deposits, and they have not contacted me and offered any other withdrawal method, for example, normal bank transfer. I have verified my account already and once made a successful withdrawal. The casino states that it has had issues paying withdrawals since last weekend and that they have no idea when the problem is solved. Customer service keeps on copying the same text about the delay, without looking into it. I start to feel it is a scam, or a problem that the casino has in relation to its funds.
