My withdraw was fully posseced 07.10.2020 from Karamba casino to Neteller. Thats 16 days ago now and 70.000,- is to much money not to make a complain here. The Neteller transaction should be Max 24houers.
They are telling me they have made the withdraw but its some kind of problem with Neteller and are waiting for a reply from them. I have called Neteller and they tell me if Karamba have made the transaction they have to give me a 15digit transaction ID. A 15digit number is always generated for every transaction to/from Neteller. Karamba is not letting me get that info so Neteller can check out the transaction. Neteller have escalated the case. Karamba is stalling and its difficult to Get sorted out. They have to talk to finance and the leaders have to see the case...

Hello. I have not Get paid!!! Tried to withdraw 3 times to Neteller and the money came back to my casino account 1-2weeks after every transaction. The support told me to open a ecopayz account. So now its the 4’th time trying to withdraw and its been almost 2 months.. my last try to withdraw to ecopayz was on monday 09.11 and i have still havent received anything from Karamba. My ecopayz account is fully verified as silver account with no limits. My VIP manager is on it, but its been almost 2 months!!!
The supervisor of my VIP manager tok the case this evening and made the payout to my ecopayz account. You can close the complain.
