Hello,

Then i take it out,and support told me no money will come before monday,thats no problem for me,But since i won ok with money,i told support to close my acc until paymeants was Okei. Then it was Okei. I got some money out on sunday. When mondau come the told me to wait untill 10 desember with the rest. 88.000NOK. And i say okei,But close my acc untill i Get my widraval. They say Okei.

Later monday i asked in chat. Open my acc plz,and they say Okei. 5 min after i lose it all.

And not ok do just re open that accaunt,

I hope u can call me and Ask if Its someting,and i hope we can sorte this out,i know How importen good game condison and respondelig gaming is for mga.

Its lots of money, and when i close your accaunt for wait on a widraval the shuld keep it close. Not open it 5 min after you Ask. Its 88.000kr. And they also told me i dont it before 10 desember. Thats ok, But i told them to close my acc, when i wait for the cashout,

I told them to close the acc, untill i got my widraval. They needed to wait to 10 desember before they could pay me to skrill. So i told them to close acc untill i Get my widraval. On phone, and chat,

So l8er same day, 5 min and they re-open my acc after i Ask In chat.

Hi aa89,

If you have not clearly stated to the operator that your closure request was addiction related, or that you did not feel like you were in control of your play, your closure request would not be treated as a self-exclusion and you would be free to re-open the account at any time.

I told them to not open my accaunt before i Get my founds. And they told me to wait 3-4 week before i got it. The shuld not re open my acc directly 2 ouers after that, and let me lose all my money.

I want them to pay it back to me,. Its not correct What them doing.

HI aa89,

As already explained, before an operator has any responsibility for preventing you from accessing their services you need to have told them that there is a reason you should not be allowed to access their service - i.e. gambling addiction. If you have not done this, the operator are not responsible for stopping you re-opening your account.
