I joined Karamba and deposited my £10 to get a £10 bonus. I then played it through and carried on. I got just under £1000 and then I looked to the bonus page and it said I had fulfilled my £350 wagering. I then tried to cashout and it would not let me. SO I contacted the live chat and they said there was an issue and that I needed to wager an extra £19.25. Which I did, then tried to cashout again.It would not let me, so I then wagered more and ended up with the said amount. I then went to cashout and it said no. So again I contacted live chat who said they think there was a issue their side on the system and that they needed to solve it. As soon as they do they would contact me. That was 30 days ago. I have contacted them nearly every day and emailed them. I have had no communication from them. The only contact is when I live chat them. To be told the same thing every time. That they are working around the clock to fix it and that when they do they will let me know. I asked to speak with a manager to be told, managers do not speak with players.
