Found for the Casino - The player is unhappy with the wagering requirement for the bonus they received at Las Vegas USA casino, however the information on the bonus was clearly available in the terms and conditions.

Absurd playthough of 90X! I deposited $300 and got $300 bonus, the play though was $24,000 before I could withdraw.
This site is promoted on the Wizard of Odds, I though it would be reputable...I guess not.

Hi crapstopia - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
While I do agree that a 90xbonus wagering requirement is high, I can't agree in any way that this should negatively reflect on the reptutation of Las Vegas USA casino. The wagering requirements for the bonus they offer are all clearly detailed in their terms and conditions. You can see they're also detailed on their review on this site - http://thepogg.com/casino-review/las-vegas-usa/
It's really important that you are aware of the terms of any bonus BEFORE you accept the bonus. If the terms were not apparent I could agree with your statement, but as they're clearly posted there's nothing disreputable. If you didn't want a 90x wagering requirement you didn't need to accept the bonus.
Regarding the Wizard of Odds, as you may or may not be aware Mike Shackleford sold his websites in the later half of last year. While I believe that he's still in control of the content on site for the next few years, he no longer controls the casinos that are advertised on the site.
The above said, there's no reputational issue that I find of any concern with Las Vegas USA and the Mainstreet group of casino was one I suggested he work with prior to the sale of the Wizard of Odds site.
