I won this money on 3/29/17 and it's been I waiting for approval since 4/13/17. If you chat with support they have no clue about anything. And finance is never online. They won't answer emails. There is no phone number to call. It's very frustrating when no one has a clue about when or if I will ever get my money. I sent in all the necessary documents shortly after I won the money

I've received a response from the operator. Apparently a cheque was sent to you on the 15th and if it hasn't been received yet it should be soon. If you could confirm when you receive this cheque I'd appreciate it.
