Resolved - Las Vegas USA have informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for an update so we assume they've received their funds.

On Oct 12 I requested a payout of $2000 via ACH. For some reason they split my request into 2 $1000 requests. It was later explained that their provider could only send a maximum of $1000 at a time ? I wasn’t concerned because they had sequential payout request IDs so I figured they’d be processed at the same time. 11/6 I received the first $1000. It’s now 12/3 and I have yet to receive the other $1000. Every time I contact live chat they tell me it is approved and waiting for processing but cannot tell me anymore. I am getting frustrated with the lack of information. Last I spoke to them they told me my withdrawal was to be in the next batch of payments but that was a week ago.
