Read our Las Vegas USA Casino Review.
I made several purchases for chips and I questioned the security department as to what my credit card statement would say when charges appear. They could not give me a valid answer. I told them this was not acceptable. I was told my question when to the management. Now my 798.00 payout has been declined and I can no longer sign on to the Lasvegas online casino. I have contacted my CC company and refuse to pay the charges unless they make this right.

Hi kgnatzig - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately there's not going to be anything we can do to help you with this issue.
In the first instance, the majority of online operator accepting players from the USA are doing so despite US law prohibiting online gambling. Banks are prohibited from processing transactions for online gambling operators. For this reason the casino would not be able to tell you what would appear on your bank statement as the transactions are being processed falsely using non-gambling related transaction descriptions.
If you've already instructed your bank to perform a charge-back on your deposits, no operator would EVER then pay out winnings on those deposits. Charge-backs are intended to be used where non-receipt of goods is an issue. In this case the operator hasn't refused your purchase - you've been allowed to play and the withdrawal would have been processed. The simply couldn't tell you what was going to show on your bank statements.
I'm sorry we couldn't be of more help,
ThePOGG
