Resolved - After an extended delay in payment, Las Vegas USA casino have managed to transfer this player's full balance to them. We consider this issue resolved.

I won $20,000 but was given $10,000. I received one payment of $2,000. Then I had to submit a complaint to Ask Gambler get another $2,000. I contacted the casino countless times without any answer.
The records on my account say I was given $6,000, which is not the case and I have the paperwork to prove it via my bank statement.
They still owe me $4,500 and won't answer Ask Gambler either now. It was recommended that I tell you what the story is and seek your help.
I spent several thousands playing their games. I was willing to risk money playing so it is unfair that I am not receiving the winnings.

I've managed to speak to the operator about this issue. They inform me that your latest instalment was sent out to you on the 24th of April and should have arrived with you a couple of days later. Can you confirm receipt of this instalment?
