I won 150.00 on Malibu Club back on March 11. I met ALL terms/conditions and submitted my security documents which were approved on 3-15-17. Since then I've gotten excuse after excuse as to why I haven't been paid. Their chat rep [EDIT] promised I would have it in my bank account by today, (4-1-17) I still have no money and now when I sign on, he hurry's up and exits out cause he knows I'm going to ask why he lied again.
I have won on other casinos several times and always got paid.
I even have screenshots of conversations where I was promised my money twice and they still haven't paid.
BEWARE of MALIBU CLUB, THEY WILL NEVE RPAY YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You already have a complaint open regarding this issue. This thread is the appropriate place to manage further discussion.
With regard to your questions - we have already contacted the operator and are awaiting a response. As with most operators that accept US traffic, there is no regulator to contact.

I've managed to get hold of someone at Malibu Club. Your payment was sent to be processed on the 12th of May, so if you haven't already received your payment you should shortly. I'd appreciate it if you could update us as/when you receive your funds.
