Iv asked emailed, messaged constantly no money returned getting sick of being ignored. Can you help resolve my issue in getting my money returned thank you.
I placed the withdraw on 7th January 2023 there don't have any way to contact them iv sent them emails, messages. There no complaints department. It's pending constant. Iv sent in driving licence and bank card to varify myself. Still nothing back to tell me anything. Please help

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 27th of January let us know and we'll contact the operator on your behalf.
