Metal Casino - Ripped off


Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolve their issue on their own.

Player's Complaint

There are 2 issues included.

1. Photos will show. All that was asked for. 4 documents were uploaded and approved.

When you see the next photo. The are that says request.. Has the same saying not complete.

Now. Here are a few issues with this first off.

I am not certain if you will be able to see actions such as trying to withdraw.

Which clearly couldnt happen with their confusion.

I gamble for fun. So lets compare this instance to a arcade. If you walk in over and over. Vhances are. You're going to play a game. Otherwise. Whats the sence. Now you cime in 15 times to go see the teller to change your coins into bills.

Each time playing a few games. Again. Why would you be such a boring person not to play the new fruit ninja.

So the card goes down and down and down

Teller never shows. Is beyond rude. Which i will attach. And then to have a screen shot of a error. And you will notice. A wall hit. Rude service. And all they have to do is look at the meta data to see. Which is part 2.

Tree of ritches. Freezes on a bonus. Shows credits and says cant play. So the bonus. Which depending could be 1.00. To 50k. 50k hahah. That would be kinda cool huh?

The photos are attached. I will be happy to pass the emails also and forward them all.

The servise is by far disgusting. And i am not wondering if i was scammed. And how many others also.

I hope all the files i attempted to upload are there.
