I deposited £200, it left my bank but never went onto my account.. 2 weeks later I still don't have that money back.. Also I withdraw £300, I was told its all gone through but two weeks later, no money in my bank from them. Every time I message them they close the chat, i just want my money
294615350 is the withdraw transaction ID, they have told me it's already been processed and should be with me within a few days... Thats what they have been telling me for the last two weeks..

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Mr Sloty do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
