I joined in April 2022 and made numerous deposits winning nothing. I got a bonus offer through email and used it (I read all the qualifying needed it was x50 wagering playthrough) I won and kept winning so I kept going to the withdraw page and it showed wagering requimemts not met.. so I continued I was on £780 and went back to withdrawal page and I had hit the requirements so I withdrew… I received an email saying congratulations and it would be 7-21 days… now on 39 business/working day… I have been on live chat everyday for the last 5 week and you speak to the same 3-5 people no matter what time you go on… excuses range from “our finance department have a large volume of requests and are working as fast as they can” “the finance team have to check each withdrawal thoroughly to ensure gaming patterns used are not fraudulent” I have various screen shots.. in the last 2 week I have been told 6 times it has been escalated to the “finance” team but alas nothing
