This has impacted my financial situation because knowing I had £350 to come I bought a new washing machine as a reward for winnings I had won,
Had I known this situation I wouldn't have used My income until the winnings had come, because as a punter you should be able to trust online casino/bookmakers to honour withdrawals, I now have debt recovery on my case.
This is a disgrace I'm feel very low and in despair.
There not replying to my emails and chat not responding.
I requested the withdrawal over 14 days ago one horse bet no gaming or bonuses were used.

Mr sloty stated that they need to check my gaming transactions and bonuses, I havent recieved any bonus or used games
Like I said one bet on the horses .
They stated after 21 days.
