Player's Complaint

I withdrawal £240 on 25th August 2022. I still haven’t received any penny from them. I did send them multiple emails regarding my money, and every response from their side is that they are very busy and needs more time to do all checks. How pathetic is that, that they lets you deposit and to lose your money in jiffy. But if you want withdrawal they are making massive issues and problem.

Apart of that they don’t want to pay my money back, but bombarding me with their promo’s on my email, phone couple times a day. it’s like harassment. I know I should have not to even open account with them and don’t understand why I was able to open account with them if they don’t have uk license.

Please advice naive people like me to stay away from them. As I am 100% sure they just scammed me.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Mr Slotydo not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
